Looks cool. I do however think it'd be cooler to have media on the go-kart...:)

Unfortunately, I have to amend my previous answer to this question. Apparently I did not road-test the P3 500 with enough films, as it bogged down with Lord of the Rings and other films with a lot of action or sweeping pans. Looking to upgrade the Kart's CPU at the moment...

I don't suppose anyone has a spare motherboard and cpu (and maybe ram) lying around that they'd like to sell to generate some Christmas funds? I'm looking for a processor faster than 1 ghz.

NM. I just picked up a mobo, Athlon 1100, and ram for $35. Hope it suffices.

I think it should, i have that caliber one as my XL test system and at least for me it seems to perform in the duty pretty well... as long as i wont overload it with dshow videofilters while testing some new idea or something...
