Downloading xlobby

have just downloaded xlobby three times but wont run keep gettin error msg "the application failed to initialise properly (0xc0000135) click ok to terminate application " can anyone help

I would recommend going ahead and reinstalling .net 1.1 ;p

tried that still got the same error msg

0xc0000135 means you dont have it installed

make sure you reboot too, just incase.
