Speak your mind

Sorry to throw this at you, and it may be off topic a little, but have you considered using something like these? If your using that 6champ amp, there's this blurb from the instructions:

The 6CHAMP is also capable of handling four 8-ohm speakers connected in parallel to each channel.

This way in essence you could have four rooms all under the same zone.

Man there are so many options

Sorry for threadjack, but title is most appropriate for my quick questions...

Ive till very recently owned only rather limited kX-card SB0060 (live 5.1) Now that i also have SB0240 (audigy 2) in my possession, im presented with much more degree of freedom, but also some new settings and therefore many new questions...

I would ask this basic stuff back in kX forums, but i dont wanna appear total ignorant ;) so ill shoot away here, where i have nothing to loose anyway ;)

First of all what does option "route to I2S" (or something along that line)on AC-97 mixer page does? Does it allow some normally AC-97 input source routed to I2S part of card instead? if so, how do i choose which one? and does it leave AC-97 part usable for other source? And on what input i catch new I2S signal on DSP?

and secondly, there seems to be "AC-97 2" as input on input/output mixer page, how do i use this? is there two AC-97 part on card? how do i select source for second AC-97 input and so on?

EDIT: or are my two questions killable with one answer: is "AC-97 2" input actually for AC-97 "routed trough I2S"?
