I just downloaded xlobby and want to use it with my touchscreen desktop. Ok, i can't seem to get the music to play. I imported the music and went to the foobar/winamp part and selected the winamp.exe file under my computer. When i click on songs in x-lobby it just sits there and won't play.

any ideas?

Reboot your system. Then everything should work.

Or, try this before actually doing a full reboot. Have you exited and restarted XLobby since you configured the Winamp player? It has to start with XLobby or it will not play. It makes the connection to the winamp player during startup.

Well, winamp starts when I start xlobby. I guess what I was doing wrong was not naming the folder c:media\my music. I had it importing as d:napster music. I didn't think they would make a difference, but I am a complete noob to this! Thanks for the help.

folder name shouldn't matter. My music is on a mapped network drive. BUt at least it's working for you now.

Enjoy!
