How do I get TV through my computer?

I have been running my Comcast TV through my TV Tuner Card in my computer and then through XL. I have just upgraded to Verizon FIOS. Now I have this box that controls the TV channels and Guide. How can I still view TV through my computer? I cant connect the FIOS to my tuner card, it wont work. I guess really all I need is some kind of Video IN port on the computer? Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Sorry, but I just realized that my TV tuner card does have an s-video in plug and instructions on how to make the set top box work. I hope this works.....I'll try tonight....thanks
