offset coverimages in categorys

Would it be possibel to get the possibility to offset the cover so it will be space for a border around it

Have you tried messing with that "Spacing %" under the category tab in the skin editor?

Or does that not give the effect you are looking for?

I have tried that...
I want the covers a bit down on each item so it looks better :)
also aspectratio on the covers itself like it was in the old days also would be nice since I now use 800x600 to my projector and make a anamorphic skin to it

I wonder why steve doesnt let us choose variables for covers, say top layer = %coverart%

I would like to be able to specified the exact pixel size for covers for categories.

Something to think about.
