And where do I register to login to My Xlobby?

You Can't Get the pay version of xlobby without buying Calrad's hardware. So you can't get an account for My Xlobby.
You can still get the last free version from Sharp1's web page.
Do a search for sharp1 posts and a link to his page will be in his sig.
