Xlobby and Divx

I've been ripping quite a few disks getting ready to set up my TV Show Server. But even with 500 GB of space that is going mighty fast so I'm in Rethink mode. I've been reading I can get pretty good quality using Xvid with Gordian Knot to rip to Divx. I believe I should'nt have a problem getting xlobby to run with a Divx vids. (Although I'm not sure if ZP will play Divx encodes) but I was wondering if anyone here is using Divx as an alternative. Also should I get decent enough quality for a 30" Widescreen set? Finally I also Have a question on using a lossless music format with Xlobby like Ape, Shn or Ogg...

Any suggestions , opinions welcome

FYI I use Xvid with Zp with no problems. never has a problem using ZP with any frontend including xlobby

I use divx and xvid for a few movies I have (mainly box sets) and it works awesome with zp and xlobby. Good luck!

search for ACE megacodecs pack !

That's a 50 mb i think and it has every video and audio codec so it play's everything ;-)
