Skip in time increments

Having the ability to skip forward / backwards in time increments on the media would be helpful particularly while watching television programs or anything that does not have proper chapter indexes. This could also be used on audio files of any length. ie. +/- 15 secs, 30 secs, 1 min, 5, 10, 30, 45, 1 hour etc. & Goto Top/Tail

Well, I'm finally getting around to rebuilding my xLobby That being the case you try to figure out how can I do this given the current feature set. Just need to maintain WAF, which I'm sure any installer will have to contend with Fortunately, we're in active development stage, which is always a good time to bring up features. Startin' to feel like the old days around here...
