Is there a guide to set up multi-zone audio?

Is there a guide or a tip? I was unable to find anything.
Can I use a USB wireless transmitter for a zone instead of an additional sound card? The transmitter would look like this...

If windows truly thinks this is an extra sound device than you should be able to set it up as one of the multiple devices in winamp. XLobby doesn't really control the multizone it just sends commands to winamp. So if winamp will play music through it and it then it could be your second sound device.
