My wife has xlobby on her notebook, she LOVES it-- but she doesn't want to shutdown the application and restart when she uses it. Can you minimize the skin easily? Can I add a button to do it? Is there a skin that already does this?

Exceptional piece of software here!

There is a Minimize event that you could assign to a button in the skin, or pressing the Home key will also minimize XLobby.

You don't even need the event - just press the HOME key on the keyboard....

Thanks folks-- I randomly tried most keys but didn't think to try "home"!

How terrific!

One more question-- sometimes when she starts the application, it forgets what zone to control. Is there a way to tell xlobby which zone to control at startup?

If running an Xlobby client, in the servers.txt file you need to add the line:
zone:'#'

where '#' (without quotations) is the number of the zone to start in.

If the notebook is running a dedicated Xlobby, you may be able to swap around the order in which each instance of winamp/foobar is loaded by going to the setup menu and changing it there. I think the zones are set in the order of that list.

Press "F2", then General, swap the order of the instances of Winamp/Foobar.
