Task bar problem

I am using colby's skin I and made my own page to control theatertek, and it worked great until I upgraded to the newest version of theatertek 2.11, now when I click on the dvd button, the task bar becomes visible and theatertek is selected. And because of this xlobby's control of theatertek becomes eratic. This is driving me crazy, any suggestions would be very helpful.

Is there any way to keep the focus on xlobby, or a set focus command to restore the focus to xlobby?

sendfocus.exe will focus on any app
