How do I find a radio station IP

There are a couple of local radio stations the stream on-line that I would like to add to my Net Radio database, but I cannot for the life of me find how to figure out what the correct IP address to enter is.

Can anyone help

For example, I want to add the following stations

WAAF at http://www.waaf.com
WBCN at http://www.wbcn.com
