Adding local station to shoutcast database XML

Can someone point me to a help file or information as to how I can add a local radio station to Shoutcast.

The local station is -- http://www.countrylegends983.com/

The entries in the Shoutcast Database XML are in IP addresses.

I have a Winamp playlist file for the station but can not find info on how to add the playlist file to the database?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could try and add this to your database:

NOTE:
The url (within the parameter field) was taken when right clicking on a the stations playlist entry on a winamp outside of xlobby.

Track position can change to where ever within the database this entry will reside.

Track name is just something I added, and may or may not be something completely different.

I have not verified that this will or will not work, but it just may. Doesn't hurt to try it out.
