Time not updating?

I started to use this nice program since yesterday vs my existing media center/netremote combo.

I think everything are nice and are just what I needed.

I have this running time not update problem. Initially I am using PPC, and guess it's could be PPC probelm, so I then try another PC, again, no updates. Everything else is fine, control, display cover, etc...Later, I found something interesting, if I tap the screen (any empty space where no button), the time start to update, if I stop tapping, it stops updates, if I tap again, it keeps updating,...this makes me believe, for some reason, server does not push the data to client, or client does not request it or fire any events at all..but once it get clicked on screen, it sends something and get some feedback....

How do I make it work?

At the moment the ppc only updates on a screen movement.

Steven is working on a way to allow this.

I do not have a ppc but seem to remember that if you change the pc screen (not via the ppc) it also does not update untill you do something on the ppc.

there is one way to get it to auto refresh....but it doesnt work very well.

edit your servers.txt to something like this

192.168.1.101:menu:1000

where 1000 is the number of milliseconds between refreshes.

Its just something I haven't worked on in a long time.
