Advice Needed Please

Hi can anyone help me out, I had Xlobby pre installed on my new entertainment system by a company but they have completely changed all the layouts, i would like to replecate the software from my entertainment system onto my laptop could someone please tell me which files i need to copy over to achieve a replication or any advice many thanxs to you all

You probably just need the skin, and maybe the plugins. These are in folders by those names within your Xlobby directory ("skins" and "plugins") but to be safe you could simply copy the entire Xlobby folder. You will need to install .Net Framework 2.0 to run the application.

You also probably want to email Steven, Xlobby's creator, and make sure he knows someone is selling commercial installations with his software included. See here for more info.

I have to agree with rem. I hope they didn't charge you for that install of Xlobby. I hope you send Steven an email with the details as if to much of that sort of stuff carries on, he just may pull the plug on distributing it altogether.

I remind u guys that u make asumption "illegally" rather hastily. I doubt u have means to assure that company in question is not in fact in contract with Steven. If they are we fans should not badmouth about entities which are actually providing Steven with fruits of labour. However i totally agree with your message, original poster should let Steven know, so he can set legal process in motion, if it infact happens without permission. All im saying lets investigate before flogging...
