Image thumbnail backgrounds

Currently backgrounds for thumbnails in the image browser are solid black. Is there any way you can alter the transparency setting of a thumbnail background, or change its colour or add a graphical background to the thumbnail ?

I'd like picture thumbnails to have a slightly transparent background and add a folder graphic to the backgound of [predictably] folders of images.

This has been brought up to steven, maybe it'll get done in alpha40 . We can hope.

its just something I havent had time to look at yet, I will fix it though.
