Problem Running Xlobby

I'm having a problem with xlooby. Itwas working fine andall of a sudden when I try to run it , it will minimize to the taskbar and I cannot bring it up. I'm running Win XP Pro. I did do an update to Sevice Pack 1 since the last time I ran it. I've tried a reinstall and it does the same thing.

Any Ideas?

On my computer (98SE) the taskbar is always hidden. It's a feature. This way, the whole look and feel of the computer can be modified to make it the perfect HTPC. A few months ago there has been some discussion on it (I though, but I can't find it). XLobby will, AFAIK, take over your screen completly.

if you are using show/hide fuction in the main menu open the menu.xml file and delete the strings with this function in all button. Save the file and open again xlobby.

is happen when your skin use the show/hide fuction and after reediting the skin (like delete one picture using this function but the button continue in the skin).
the 2º solution is when xlobby open dont select any button, open the skin editor and delete all pictures and button usin the show/hide fuction and restart xlobby.
now xlobby work, open the skin editor and make news button.

it's happening to me several times!!

I've Gone as far as to delete the entire Xlobby folder and reinstall and the reinstall does the same exact thing.

ok i reinstal the a39 with xp, with and without the sp1 and no problem!!
the problem i describe it's for the A40 EXP7.
