Can't run XLobby after instal

For some reason I'm not able to run XLobby after installation. I have .NET 1.1 in my sistem already. I downloaded Xlobby2 Pre-Release 1 of Simplicity from the download page. The error that I get is: xlobby2.exe - application error and then - The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application - Help pls.. with your sujestions. Thanks.

Delete your xlobby.xml file and try it again.
