sound resources - what's that all about then??

I am trying to add some sounds to a skin I am developing.
I want certain navigation events to have a sound assosiated to them, so when an IR signal is sent you know it has been received.

For instance, when you click select (enter) I want it to play a sound so you know zoomplayer is loading and you are not tempted to press it again when nothing happens right away.

I have found the sounds TAB in the skin editor and have added a sound resources, but what do I do now?

Well, while in edit mode, just click on a button you want to assign a sound and select the sound from the sound tab...

I have tried that.
Created a couple of sound resources with click and enter sounds, then selected a button and highlighted the resource, but I here no sound when I click a button.

Can anyone confirm this is working with the latest EXE?

Is it possible to assosiate a sound with an event or navigation?

Works for me, with the latest exe. Just tried changing the sound. It works on "press" not on "over".

Updated to 18th Nov version.
Still no joy.
Have tried keyboard navigation pressing enter, remote navigation select, mouse click select, nothing.......
Have sound resources with Enter and/or Click event assigned to a .wav and then assosiated to buttons.....................weird.

What we need is a new way of linking and using sound effects.
