Simpad setup help

I am looking for some help setting up a Simpad SLC to control Xlobby.

I have managed the basics with client server setup, but I am looking for some help with the following.

a) What is the best setting for a simpad in the server text.
B) Best skin to use?
C) The simpad seems very slow in updating it's screen, any way to speed up?
D) Any setting required in the main Xlobby setup to improve simpad performance?

I am using Orinocco silver wireless network is this OK or is there any improvements needed here to help performance.

Did you get your simpad sorted out in the end ? I am trying to set mine up and would much appreciate some tips regarding actually installing xlobby on the simpad
