Using second screen for xlobby

I'm new to htpc world. I've recently buy a fusionHDTV RT 5 gold tv card that come with a mce compatible remote.

The software that come with it work great for tv reception but i want an mce like software and found Xlobby

I have a viesonic 19" crt for my game and working and a 32 inch JVC TV (SDTV) that support 720x480i that I use a second monitor for listening video

Is it posible to tell to xloby to start in my tv monitor and not my pc? I wold be cool if the tv work as a multimedia center. I haven't found this information on the forum

If you are using dual output of video, say if is monitor 2, I think you just need to change the monitor number in the misc tab of setup in xlobby. if you only want tv out for launching dvds, or whatever that gets more complicated.
