As I first mentioned, I also use Girder, mainly because I was familiar with
it and could easily do what I wanted. However, my understanding is that
Xlobby, when responding to a trigger (e.g. a USB-UIRT plugin trigger),
will first check to see if there's a button on the current Xlobby page assigned
an event with this same trigger. If so, it will execute that event. If not,
it will look for any defined event with this trigger, and I'm guessing choose
the first one it finds.
So, it should not matter what state Zoomplayer (or any other app other
than XL) is in. It should only matter what buttons+events+triggers are on
the current Xlobby page.
Here's a thread from a few months ago. Check out Steven's response
before delving into the mentioned plugin (which is not necessary).
