Skin with TV functionality for a WinTV PVR150?

Does anyone know where I can find a skin that has built in support for a WinTV PVR150? I'd like it to use a free TV app instead of sage tv. I will be using this on a small 7" LCD touch screen.

there is none.Sorry

that card works under MediaPortal so u can check the plugin section for Special build of MP
