Xlobby2sd.exe stuck when runing on ppc

Hi
I am trying to run xlooby client on a NEC PPC
When Xlobby server is running I can see that the 8000 port is opened
yet Xlobby2sd.exe stuck
My servers.txt is like that:
server:192.168.0.3
screen:ppcmenu
resolution:auto
quality:100%

Can Anyone help?

are you getting any error messages on the client? or is it just quitting?

can you ping the server from the client?

are you using windows xp sp2? firewall might be blocking access to port 8000.

Hi
I am runing Win XP SP1 on the server
I can ping th server and when I scan its ports it says that ports 8000 and 8001 are open.
When I run the client and the server is down I get the can't connect ..... massage
When the server is up I just get the busy sign and nothing happenes
