Client Web Browser problem

When trying to open the web browser on the remote client I get a solid red screen instead of the browser. Browser functions work fine on the server and I'm able to get to the web on the client outaide of XL.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

Web browser doesn't show on a client.. so does the EPG..XL is been like that ever since from the start

Wow that's a bummer. I sure dilutes the value of having a client. Is there any workaround?
