Listing Divx files

I am having trouble listing my folders full of divx files. In the file type setup I have .avi setup to play with zoomplayer. However when I try to import the files to the database none of the divx files do, so when I go to the movies section, thye dont even show up.

did you try editing the database import template for movies? not sure if the divx extention is listed in there.

avi is listed as an extension for movies, UGH, this is getting frustrating, the files that do show up, when play is pressed zoomplayer begins to play them in the background. I have to minimize xlobby i order to see them.

not sure if this is your case, but I had a similar problem with importing... Anyway problem was that I had mulitiple movies in the path folder, I had to put them in a separate folders, so the structure was:
moviesFolder:
movie1folder: movie1.avi
movie2folder: movie2.avi
etc...when I did that and pointed path to the "moviesFolder" I was able to import everything without problems...

I remember this problem just like art said - as far as i can remember only the first movie showed up if they are all in the same folder.

wish there was someway different, guess this will have to do for now. How do I add descriptions of the movies?
