help with thin client

I posted this under skins, but I guess that section doesn't get viewed too often:
I love the KISS skin! I got everything running very well now with one exception. My server is running great. I can control everything from the server. My thin client is running almost great. The radio and picture viewer work fine, I can even play my playlists from the thin client. When I try to play an album or song (remotely from the thin client) the pop up menu appears on the server and not on the thin client.
I also added a web viewer. Again, it works perfect on the server, but I get a blank red screen on the client side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I LOVE this program.
I am using a touchpad thin client in my kitchen.

Anyone have any ideas? I have been messing with it for a while and can't seem to get it. The popup screen for "music_search" comes up and displays on the thin client and works well, but the "music_options_tracks" when selected on the thin client pops up on the server PC and I am not able to play an individual album or song.

If what your having problems with are categories on your PPC (not sure what you mean by popup on server), then have a look at my post here:

I had a problem with categories working on the server, but not on the thin client. It ended up in my category naming convention.

Thanks Marbles. I still can't figure it out. Server PC works/functions perfectly. The thin client works with most screens. When I am at the thin client and select an album, a pop up screen should appear saying "play track, play album etc". What actually happens is when you select an album on the thin client that pop up screen appears on the server and not on the thin client. I can't play a single album or track remotely from the thin client only a playlist. I also can't view web pages on the thin client.

I have the exact same issue and am unable to figure it out. I am running the thin client on Windows 98 SE.

Any help would be great.

check the event, and make it use the command "show global overlay" and not "show overlay"
