Can I refresh a database from XL?

Does anyone know if its possible to (issue a command to) refresh a database from an XL screen / button etc. Ideally I'd like to call a timed event from XEvent to do this once a day.

I know you ususally do a refesh manually from F2, Database, Refresh. However, I'd like to be able to do this once a day (automatically) to come with updates to the inderlying music directory that holds all the MP3s.

Clearly, we are talking about music/mp3 diractories and databases.

I havent found an obvious event that would let me do this.

There is an command called Category>refresh. This will refresh your db I believe. you can add it to an event and a button.
