Newbie Question: How do I load a plugin?

Postby mpgxsvcd on Thu Jan 24, 2008 7:48 pm

Sorry for the stupid question but I can't seem to load any plugins. It always fails when I run the executable and click install. Do I have to specify a specific directory to install the plugin to? What directory should that be?

you mean the plugin executible?
All you need to do to get a plugin, is put it in the plugins directory of xLobby. Each one should have instructions on exactly wehre to place the files. (some are just a dll in the plugins directory, some go further in. IF it's in a zip file, just unzip the files to the plugin directory.

And remember to select each and hit the configure button, if applicable. F2>plugins

F2/Plugins is just handy to know if the plugin is even installed, never mind configuring it. :)
