girder remote does not work after rebuild - help

I have just finished re-building my PC, XP was getting a little bogged down with all the software that had been installed and un-installed over time.

Anyway, have copied back Xlobby and updated to latest forum version for good measure, but I cannot get navigation working now from Girder. I think I am just forgetting something simple as it has been a long time since I have had to set it up.

I have girder talking to zplayer directly and that is working fine. I am using the same GML save file as before and have enabled the 3 plugins, IRman, SendMessage and grider2xlobby.

Grider recognises the remote key press and the assosiated action is linked to the grider2xlobby plugin and the setting show xlobby:navigation.down but xlobby does nothing.

where should I now look to try to figure out what is going wrong?

did you make a "load event" ?
Be sure that the .ini is correctly filled with the used skin

Fixed.

It appears that grider2xlobby had some incorrect data in the ini file, maybe due to the way I copied it back from my old system or mabe because I had updated xlobby to newer version.

Anyway, I started from scratch with clean ini and grider2xlobby files, did a Load Events in grider and manually set up my first DWON navigation command. Once this worked I loadedback in my GML file and it worked.
