Music playlist not working... is there a limit?

My music play lists are working except for one of them. When I click on it, it doesnt add the playlist to the tracklist, but rather opens it up and displays all the tracks. All my other play lists are working fine. The one with the problem, is quite large by comparison with the others (1.6mb).
Is there a size limit perhaps?

I was able to create one that was 1.7 MB and it worked fine.
