Launching problems...

Hi, I have some problems in launching xlobby (i've pre 17 but same problems with pre14)...when i click xlobby2.exe and X start loading...I read "loading screens, buttons, etc." but on "loading plugins" the loading "freeze"... I wait 1 or 2 minutes and then ctrl-alt-canc to close the appz....how can i solve this problem ?

its probably the xweather plugin trying to download weather info, just delete everything in the "plugins" folder

Its true that the weather plugin makes startup real slow (2 minutes wait doesn't mean the system has frozen, just wait a bit longen

I am also having the same problem. During startup the loading of the plugin fails when I do not have an internet connection. I keep then getting the error message "Connection Timeout" and it stays in this loop.
I want to use the weather plugin, but bypass the plugin when my internet connection is down. Is there a way to this without actually deleting the contents of plugin folder?
