"Then download and install the X10 connector plugin (http://www.france.xlobby.com/forum/ptri ... ector_(GUI).msi) "

What the heck, I can't install this app without downgrading from dotnet ver 2 to dotnet ver 1.14 ! :x :x Is there an updated version?

The 2 .NETs are mutually exclusive. Just add 1.14.

for updated version, look at there : http://www.edjo.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ed ... nloads.htm
but I don't know if the last update support dotnet 2..... ( I can't try it right now)
anyway, as Jay said, you can have both dotnet 1 and 2 running on the same system.

other thing: you can also use the windows service version instead of using the GUI version ( if you don't need the gui interface...)
for the service version, you need to edit "X10Preferences.xml" from ...\ERSP\xAP X10 (Service)\
then configure your COM port ( line 3) :
Code: Select all
<SerialPort>COM1:</SerialPort>

and restart your computer.

Thanks for the reply. The XAp plugins show up and XAP X10 Connector, but the command has only worked once. As well, I get a bug report everytime regardless of which test button in the setup that I use or if i use an Xlobby button. Any ideas?

using xAP3? (the only XL one I'm aware of).
If so, it's very 'delicate'.
There have been quite a few posts about this.

Well, I've done a bit of reading and edited some areas but it still doesn't work.
