TV and EPG

Yes "inside" in that you can call via an event the EPG programme from within Xlobby, or it is already running and you switch focus to the window.

Right now I'm using myHTPC and I have the EPG running very well (I can record see live TV ect). So how do I setup xlobby to use this part of myHTPC?

If I understand correct , I have both programs running simultaneously?

Just have a myhtpc config with everything removed except the TV module. How do you do remote control.? This is probably the harder bit. You will have to have an Xlobby event that causes the running myhtpc screen to come to the front probably via girder. This of course where it gets messy.

Wow, thanks for the large response. My XLobby pc is being reinstalled at this moment, when it's ready I will try to get the TV working. (maybe ''ll have some more questions)

My terratec synergy 600 card uses a Philips SAA-7134 chip, not supported by K!TV.

Your card should work with (not so) brand new beta version of K!Tv (29/05/04)...

Indeed, it works! The version I installed before (a link on this forum) didn't work. Well I will start playing with it.
