Won't play music

Won't play music

I've downloaded the latest Xlobby 2 client and mostly everything works fine. I noticed though that when I select music files to be played that Winamp doesn't load up (it used to do this correctly). I figured that maybe I needed a newer version of Winamp so I installed version 5, but that doesn't play either. Any suggestions?

I noticed though that when I select music files to be played that Winamp doesn't load up


Winamp should be automatically loaded upon startup of XL. Do you have the winamp.exe loaded in the zone of the setup menu.

ACK! Thanks. I thought that was for zone info. Where is that damn documentation......:)

hmmm if I needed help where would I go? The xlobby help menu.... nah. Then what? maybe
A Beginners Guide to Setting Up Xlobby ..... nope, thats too obvious... then where?

Winamp
Under "Foobar/Winamp Zones:" click add, then browse to where Winamp is installed, usually C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe
