catagory up one level button

i cant find a way to make the catagory go back one stage:
for example, im browsing tv shows, i select boston legal, then season 2.. but i really wanted season 1... is there a way to go back to the previous selection.. ie the season choices, my only choice now is to reset the database and cycle through until i get back to boston legal and then to season 1

for some reason that makes the whole page go back.... even the catagory>back command makes it go from the movies page to media page
