playlist in foobar

Hello, when I do a playlist with 5 songs for example with xlobby, why there is only 2 songs in foobar?

because xl is managing the playlist. it only sends two song current and next - to the audio player. both winamp and foobar operate the same way.

I was curious about this as well. Given that xl manages the playlist, why is it that when you randomize, it doesn't randomize the list, instead it randomizes the play (making the "now playing" "next" wrong)? Even though lately it's been working great. I don't know if that was a bug that was fixed or if something I did (namely the refresh:5000 in the servers.txt) that did it. Either way I'm glad to have it working correctly.

just a quirk in xlobby - when you select 'randomize' it jumbles the actual playback but not the playlist itself. Having the playlist display a shuffled list has been requested many times but appears to be low on Steve's priority list. I use the randomize option all the time and the "next" song display has always worked for me. The bug I am aware of is that in shuffle mode you can not replay the previous song - clicking "<" gets you another random song where as clicking ">" does go to the displayed next song.
