Only some of the music I listen too can be found at Amazon. About 50% is not there. Is there a particular size that I need for the cover art to show up or any pic will do ?

Basicly any picture will do, but i find that images of 500x500 pixels works best. Loads fast and the size is just right.

Thank you.

Another question I have , does XLobby rely on I.D. tags ? Is there a thread on how to set up album directories ?
I noticed some of my albums dont show up correctly.

Thanks

Yes, the latest greatest! EXP7!
As an example when I went into the database to spider for covers, I noticed that a whole bunch of albums had no names, only the little plus sign to see inside the directory.
Also there is a whole list of "Various Artists, Various Albums". Now normally if I put a compilation on disk I'll name it VA - Name of Album. So it looks like the DB is doing this itself.

is your music tagged properly?....that usually happens if your id3 tags are messed up.

I don't think it's all tagged properly. Which is why I was asking. I'll need to go through them and tag the ones that are messed up.

Thanks

you need something like tag and rename to fix your tags up

Is that better then MP3TagTools ? All my stuff is MP3. It would be nice though to have it look for untagged files on through a whole list of directories. Not sure if that's possible.

I've never heard of MP3TagTools, but I use tag and rename for my editing....which is pretty rare now since I make sure all my music gets tagged when I encode it.
