it would be nice to allow the user to specify to ignore the first button push when the screen is dark. in reasonable room light you often can't see the screen when the backlight is off in room light so it would help to allow the option to ignore the push that 'wakes up' the screen. frankly I'm surprised that the ppc os doesn't allow this but I guess it's not too big a deal in the os where a stray button push doesn't cue up an entire album, stop playback, etc. Now I'm not sure how well the xlobby2sd can read the state of the backlight on these devices so it may or not be practical but I thought I'd throw it out there.
