XMLTV and Zap2it....

I got my tv listings page to work by using the schedules direct site but was wondering if it is better (or any different) to use the zap2it site....is there a better free one out there.....if so, I assume you still use xmltv to generate the xml file but what is the syntax for the command prompt?

Also, how do I get it automatically update or do I have to occasionally go in and run a batch file to update it?

Only to be used with Freelobby...hopefully individuals don't abuse it and it to then is taken away from us.
