How to reimport DVD Profiler without duplicates

As I add to my DVD Profiler database and need to reimport into Xlobby do I have to delete my data base in Xlobby before I import to avoid duplicates?

no you shouldnt delete your database, if it does create duplicates on a refresh post it as a bug in the bug section so i remember to fix it.
