Black Screen when Starting Some Skins

I am having a problem with some of the skins I have not working. When I select them and restart XLOBBY all I get is a black screen. I found that if I copy the XLOBBY directory from another PC that the skin works on it will work but this is a pain to have to do. Is there a known reason this keeps happening?

I have tried re-Installing XLOBBY and stil nothing.

Make Sure the other skins are in the right directory.
Xlobby>Skins>Skinname
Not Xlobby>Skins>ADDITIONALFOLDER>Skinname

This can happen depending on how they were zipped, or how you unzipped.
