DVD Profiler and database editor cover problem

I just entered all my DVD's into DVD Profiler and am able to see them in Xlobby just fine, but after I imported the collection.xml file I went through the xlobby database editor to update the covers to better quality ones (I just use the free version of dvd profiler so I just the low res ones from that)

The problem is if I add any new DVD's in DVD profiler and then update xlobby, it loses all of the new cover info I have downloaded... Is there any way around this?
