Xlobby LITE for PPC only

I am wondering if it is possible to run only the bare minimum portions of Xlobby necessary to support MP3 playback through a PC with control from a PPC? I love the PPC interface to the audio of xlobby and ulimately want multi-room audio using the KX drivers. What I don't love is the xlobby overhead for all the features I don't need. Any suggestions on how to slim down to just the bare minimum stuff?

Did u take a look of Marbles's ZoneSkin3 yet? If thats not what u r looking for, it might atleast point u to right direction...

+1, I like the notion of an Xlobby Lite version.

I use older touch tablets around the house. Xlobby works on these, but it can get bogged down (they just aren't too powerful). These tablets cannot play video, but they do need to control the Xlobby server.
