how fast of hardware do you need?

I have an older tablet (Fujitsu 1600 Touchpad), that I'd like to run xlobby client on. How strong of a cpu is required to run xlobby?
It is also running windows 98, is there is version of .net that supports 98?

I've been running Xlobby on an old 350MHz Pentium PC that has 512MB of DRAM and Windows XP. Everything works fine, but response time is a bit slow. When I touch a button to go to a new screen, there is a noticable delay (about a second) before the new screen actually opens. The skin editor is particularly sluggish on this old machine.

Tomorrow, I'll be upgrading the motherboard to a 1GHz Pentium.
