I'm trying to allow a button (so i can use remote) to jump to a specific place in a database. I know I can do it with a keyboard. But, I haven't found how to do it with a button. When I assign a button to "show>M>music" for example it does a filter on the letter M. I just want to jump to M but still show the rest of my database. That would allow me to jump to specific areas of my database. I'm also looking at it for a shoutcast radio station feel. I basically have the stations rated (fielded) from 1 to 1000 from Hard rock to Classical, since the station names are not that important. But I want a fast way of jumping from Heavy Metal stations to the Pop stations.
How do I assign just the "keystroke" to a button vice the "show" filter?
