Hiding the mouse cursor in a client

I have a touchscreen connected to my main (non htpc) computer which has an xlobby client running, controlling xlobby on my htpc. However, my mouse cursor appears on my touchscreen when navigating the client. I cant disable the mouse or make it invisible since I need it to work on my computer. I was wondering if I could somehow have the mouse show up underneath the client or have xlobby hide the mouse while it is over the client. Is something like this possible?
