Beginner's guide to making screens

Is there a beginner's quide out there somewhere for creating your own screens and getting them integrated into XL? I want to setup a screen with radio streams on it and also get the netflix screen created....among other things but I must be too stupid because I can never quite get it to work..... :oops:

I imagine I can figure it out but it would be nice if there were a "how-to" available.....THANKS!

XLOBBY for dummies anyone??
