Problem running Xlobby

After running xlobby2.exe i get 3 error messages. You can see the screenshots i have posted. I have DotNet 1.1 installed. Please if you have any ideas help me.

have u updated with the latest xlobby2.zip?

what OS?
are u administrator?

Wierd that u get that error if u downloaded and extracted and didn't do anything with the files

Yes i updated with the latest version, i am using win xp sp2 and i am administrator. Very weird really

Unfortunately this doesn't help me a all. It said that the fail doesn't have strong name

no luck for now

I uninstalled and then reinstalled .Net and now it works
